Terms of Service

Last updated: 10/3/26

1. Purpose

BILBI is a service for configuring and automating the management of a Discord server. Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the service

The dashboard requires signing in through Discord. To change a server's configuration you must hold the Administrator permission on it, or a role explicitly designated as a manager.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Premium features are offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-off purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; no bank details are stored on our servers. A subscription is attached to one specific Discord server.

The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your customer area; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from payment to withdraw, with no reason to give and no waiver asked of you. The refund is made in one click from the Premium page, in full, and premium access ends at once.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". No continuous availability is guaranteed, in particular where the Discord API is unavailable, during maintenance, or in cases of force majeure.

6. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to breach Discord's own terms, to distribute unlawful content, or to attempt to compromise the service's infrastructure. Any breach may lead to immediate suspension of the account, without refund.

7. Custom bot

If you supply the token of a Discord application you own, you remain solely responsible for that application and its behaviour. The token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. You can revoke it at any time from the Discord developer portal.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, send a complaint to the publisher first: the great majority are settled there. Failing a solution within 60 days, a consumer residing in the European Union may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. The French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer-protection rules allowing a consumer to bring proceedings where they live.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code on the mediation of consumer disputes, after contacting us and failing to receive a reply that satisfies you, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. Tel.: 01 89 47 00 14. Website: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php. Email: [email protected].

10. Language of reference

These terms are written in French. The translations offered in other languages are provided for your convenience; in the event of a divergence of interpretation, the French version prevails.
