Terms of Service

1. Purpose

BILBI is a service for configuring and automating the management of a Discord server. Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the service

The dashboard requires signing in through Discord. To change a server's configuration you must hold the Administrator permission on it, or a role explicitly designated as a manager.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Premium features are offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-off purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; no bank details are stored on our servers. A subscription is attached to one specific Discord server.

The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your customer area; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under the rules applicable to digital content, you have a fourteen-day withdrawal period, unless you expressly waived it when the service was activated immediately.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". No continuous availability is guaranteed, in particular where the Discord API is unavailable, during maintenance, or in cases of force majeure.

6. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to breach Discord's own terms, to distribute unlawful content, or to attempt to compromise the service's infrastructure. Any breach may lead to immediate suspension of the account, without refund.

7. Custom bot

If you supply the token of a Discord application you own, you remain solely responsible for that application and its behaviour. The token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. You can revoke it at any time from the Discord developer portal.

Publisher

The publisher's identity has not been filled in yet. Set LEGAL_ENTITY before opening the service to the public.
