Applications
Recruit without twenty rounds of DMs.
What it does
Recruiting a moderator by DM produces uneven applications, hard to compare, and that no other team member can review.
The Applications module publishes a form: the candidate answers the same questions as everyone else, and their answer arrives complete in a channel reserved for the team.
Acceptance automatically grants the intended role and notifies the candidate privately.
What you can do
- Free-form questionnaire, all question types
- Reception channel reserved for the team
- Accept, Reject and Hold buttons
- Rejection reason forwarded to the candidate
- Role granted automatically on acceptance
- Automatic direct message to the candidate
- Opening and closing of applications
- One application per member limit
