Statistics channels

Your numbers, permanently in view.

This module is not available yet. It is on our roadmap and will be included for free at launch.

What it does

A server's member count is motivating information, but it is buried in the settings and nobody looks at it.

Statistics channels display it permanently in the sidebar, as locked voice channels whose names update themselves.

It is also a signal of vitality for a visitor discovering the server.

What you can do

  • Counters: members, humans, bots, online, boosts
  • Counter per role
  • Date, time and countdown
  • Twitch and YouTube followers on Premium
  • Entirely free-form name template
  • Automatic updating

How to set it up

4 steps · about 3 minutes

  1. 1

    Choose your counters

Member count is enough to start. Three counters is a sensible maximum.

  2. 2

    Put them at the top

A dedicated category at the top of the channel list makes them visible without scrolling.

  3. 3

    Customise the names

    For example “👥 Members: {count}”.

  4. 4

    Lock access

Remove the connect permission: these channels are there to display, not to talk in.

Frequently asked questions

How often do the counters update?

Every 10 minutes on the free plan, 5 minutes on Premium. Discord rate-limits channel renaming.

Why not in real time?

Discord enforces a strict limit on renaming. A faster pace would get the bot throttled.
